Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

Hi,

I’m new to this hatching/chicken keeping.

I have 2 eggs that are now day 21 & candled day 18 and we’re moving around.

Yesterday morning around 9.30 one pipped and then a bit of shell broke off it was on its side but then my husband accidentally knocked the incubator and it rolled the egg & there has been nothing since 7pm last night. I think the membrane looks dry, it’s white but has a few brown dots on the white?? 
The humidity has been pretty stable between 63-70%.

Do I just leave this egg, what are the chances of it hatching? I’ve had a sleepless night checking on it!
