Ain't Nobody Here
I ordered a bokashi bin on 23rd Sept which arrived within 3 weeks. My free caddy arrived even earlier but had been abandoned on a small wall which runs along my driveway! I phoned up and complained but they said it was the Royal Mail that deliver. I got a very unfriendly and unhelpful girl on the phone. There was no delivery note with it and it wasn't packaged (quite pleased about that really!) & anyone could have walked off with it. I know it was free but still. And another thing, why do they make a special trip to deliver a free bin worth a couple of quid? I'm still waiting for my compost bin aerator but when I phoned I got a very nice woman who looked into it for me and called me straight back. I have mixed feelings about the company - cheap but not very reliable.

Sounds like the girl I had - considering they've got the contract to supply all the recycling bins, composters and water butts through all the local authority websites, they ought to get their act together!!!
