We have kept them though for 15 years, ducks and geese too. Sadly our wild german shepherd (rescued and neurotic) had voices in her head when it came to the last couple of hens who sadly died...we aren't replacing them yet...we'll give Wilma a few more years to settle down...I have 2 huts waiting in our paddock!
