Happymama Posted October 16, 2007 Share Posted October 16, 2007 Pineapple is packed with an anti-inflammitory enzyme called Brommelin. It's (or used to be) used in pile cream, for instance. Don't think it's a citrus fruit, either. Can't see a bit would do them any good, regardless. Mine eat raw potatoes all the time and have come to no harm, and MANY say they shouldn't.
