Mike pekin Posted November 9, 2021 Share Posted November 9, 2021 Hello can you help. Colin the Parkin bantam/silkie has developed a large tumour abcess or growth on the left side of his head. This is above his right eye. Over the last 24 hours we have found that his head appears to heavy for his body and at times loses balance and co ordination. not sure what to do. Can you please advise. Luvachicken Posted November 9, 2021 Share Posted November 9, 2021 Sadly, I had one which we thought was a black eye to begin with. I think hers was a tumour. After a week of treatment she got much worse and had to be PTS. Hopefully as @Beantree says, it's just an abscess and can be drained, but Colin definitely needs to be seen by a vet.
