Trish
A friend of mine used to host children from the Che"Ooops, word censored!"yl area every year and they came for about 10 days because the orgainsers said that was about as much as they could cope with. Many had cancers etc and therefore their own problems but none had gone through the dramtic trauma the children from Beslan saw and experienced.. I would have thought a week would have been plenty for them to cope with in a diffenet coountry, strange language etc I think you did a great thing

buffie
Funny a lady the other day was puzzled what you do with blue eggs She did think they were blue decorative eggs I said, feeling a bit myself 'well you eat them', didn't dare say they are the usual thing inside. The Dogmother
I know, I've had that too! Astonishing isn't it? My neighbour's son (who is my age) looked at the blue egg I was showing him over the fence and said 'what for?'. I think that Dolly's blue eggs have creamier yolks, but I may be biased there. She's bigger than the banties, so her eggs are larger, having said that, you should see the whoppers that Kooringa's three produce They're the same size as the large organic eggs from Tesco.
