Lailapet Posted February 6, 2008 Share Posted February 6, 2008 I used to do a bit of Mystery Shopping with grassroots and I think it was called GAP (or something similar). Like Pengy I did post offices, McD's and for some reason BHS stores and their cafeterias. I likedit and as I didn't have another job at the time it didn't matter that it took a bit of time - something to get out of bed for that day... Now at work we have Mystery Shopers call us in regular campaigns to see if we remember to offer all services, remember to say "Thak you for calling" and all such bits. We need to get 8 of 10 points to pass and if we fail too many calls it affects our bonus. I think it's slightly unfair as there's around 25of us in the department and the calls cycle and it's totally random. Once I had 3 mystery callers in one day and the who thing became a bit of a charade... Oh well... It's all good fun and I'm glad you enjoy it.
