kazaddress
would it be possible to have a side opening on one of the extentions? we have to have the end of the run butted up against the fence (small garden) which means we currently have to let the chickens out throught the egly egg hatch. (so it gets very messy in there). I expect other people with small gardens have similar problems
myles
I'd like that too, i want to put our two eglu's together joining the runs with a run extension, in order for my idea to work i also need a side opening run, we have tried to make our own but have found the curvature difficult to cope with, whilst keeping it fox proof and looking attractive. AnnieP
I think the Eglu might well evolve to be like a Rotastak system, where you can have more than one Eglu as well. It would be great for introducing new Chooks(I'm too scared to get more for fear of pecking). I am sure this was in a thread many many months ago.....Come on Omlet.....how about a double ended Eglu? motherhen
Perhaps they could do an optional extension piece with a hatch
