Mrs Frugal Posted March 26, 2006 Share Posted March 26, 2006 When the forum first started, there weren't many members and we only had James as site admin/moderator but when more and more people joined, it was too much for him to deal with on his own so he asked me, Lesley and Jane (Motherhen) if we would like to help out as moderators. A bit later on, he asked if I would like to be a site administrator as I'm here most of the time to keep an eye on things. This is such a nice forum that there's not anything nasty to deal with, thank goodness. We appointed Gina and Nicola to help with the moderating when even more members joined and it all runs very smoothly indeed. The site admin stuff is mostly helping people out with problems logging in and registering or putting in avatars etc. It's fun actually! I've now got Graham (grd) helping me with the admin stuff that's too technical for me as I'm a bit of a techno-numpty ! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
