Green original cube and walk-in run for sale

I have a pecked pekin that needs to be separated, but have no facility t do so - OH will go mad if I spend anymore money on chickens (bought a cube earlier this year!!!!) - any temporary solution would do - many thanks for looking

Im not close to you sorry but how about a neighbour who may hava a guinea pig run, or unused rabbit hutch for now, have you got a free local magazine you could look in, also have you thought about ringng round the vets/animal charities to see if they can lend /give you one? just a thought hope it helps...good luck!

Sorry too far but we used a dog cage covered in tarp when we had this problem. Good luck

We just used a cardboard box over night until the blood had dried and then fitted the bully with a bumper bit the next day and put them all back together.

Everything settled within a few hours and although the bully is still showing signs that she would peck again as soon as the bit was off they are all ok for now.

I am in Billericay but that is the best I can do unfortunately - run still hasn't got any contents or mesh on all sides and chicken cube still to be built.

I'm in Rettendon and I have a small hutch you could borrow - it is really small though - I used it for sleeping accomodation when I got a new chook but shared the Eglu run with the others.
