Stevie
Fantastic looking chooks there! So glad you're happy with them and they're a contrast against your fabby coloured Eglu! There really is no other colour which i think could do the Eglu any better justice!

There really is no other colour which i think could do the Eglu any better justice! that's exactly right, their colouring enhances the eglu, dont you think? thanks everyonefor your support and lovely comments. They took themselves off too bed a while back and so they are snuggled together with Sugar laying on top of Cocoa at this rate I could fit a few more in there! We cant wait until morning when we can see them again.
Hen Watch
Welcome to Sugar and Cocoa...... Have fun with them. I wanted a bluebelle but my children chose the Amber Star when we got to the agent and wouldn't budge...... never mind she's lovely anyway. But if you get 2 bluebelles in the future you could call them Silton (carrying on with your food theme) or Blueberry
Cooks
that's true, although I never intended to have a drinks/food theme again thats kids for you.. The amber stars are gorgeous, I was tempted but I am not really a person to settle for when I want something else, so I will wait and assess the bluebelle situation.. I went to the carboot sale just not and picked up a cat carrier and have just spent a while cleaning it, incase they need to be transported to vets etc.. I only went looking for bob the builder figures for the nursery where I work
TAJ
Miss Pepperpot/blackrock are the same cross (different breeders names) A blackrock is a Rhode cross/hybrid. Tracy
Cooks
ahh I see, although many of the other birds were a lot more brown in colouring, it's just that cocoa is darker and picked my son.. I did say is she a black rock, he said no.. a rhode rock..
