Cooks
This is my 'coral' I bought yesterday, and having seen another members posts on another thread about white stars I have my doubts, I actually have a coral your opinions would be great please. http://i292.photobucket.com/albums/mm5/hullahoop777/005.jpg I have her now and she's what she is, although I did opt for the coral due to the white star being a little flighty... Snowy
Hm, hard to tell. Her tail is nice and upright, but she still looks quite chunky. What colour are her earlobes? You may not find out for sure until she lays
Cooks
not sure what colour her earlobes are.. I will check when she comes out again, she's just stuffed herself and gone for a nap! sometimes she looks chunkier than others, she's got a very long neck when she's being nosey! That would be a surprise for my son! to have white eggs afterall Edited April 27, 2008 by Guest

Cooks
well thats comforting.. I think I have a coral after looking at a picture Phosphorus sent me. Its funny becuase I joked my son should call Sugar 'Daz'
LJ's Chooks
The Coral's are much bigger and more dosile than the white star and should have some coral colour on her as i understand. Always worth checking where you got her from.... did they have both? both should lay a white egg, but the coral will be much heavier and less flighty. Couperman
She looks like a Coral to me. Our Corals' lobes are a kind of light pink with a mother of pearl effect, if that makes sense. She looks just like yours. Kev.
Cooks
thanks Kev, I have been looking at her and I think she's a coral aswell, it just got me thinking when Phosphorus had a mix up with her white star. Yes the breeder did have both white star and corals and even amber stars, all with different leg bands, but accidents happen dont they
