Guest
It has been absolutely pouring down here for the last 2 hours. The bit of grass we had left has now disappeared under about 4 inches of water. The girls do not know what to do with themselves. They were at one point marooned on a small mound of earth that is sheltered under a tree .I did try putting them in but they were having none of it. It is still light The rain has slowed now to a little less than a torrent and the girls seem to be about half the size they usually are as their feathers are soaked. They are sheltering under the picnic table to stay dry Maybe Omlet could design a little chicken raincoat or one of those hats that has an umbrella on the top
