we have been busy making their enclosed run for them today, and have now made all the panels, so I will post a picture of their new home once we have completed it, :D

We have held them for short periods getting them used to us, and they have settled into this very well, Cocoa gave me the eye the first time, but she was fine after she realised I was putty in her hands (or is that wings?) anyways, they are settling in very well. :D

well she's only immaculate because she hasn't found out about dust bathing!, Cocoa loves it, but Sugar is happy to roll around and fluff about the run shavings. Give her time she'll be mucky believe me..

They had a few squabbles earlier about who had the biggest grape  but other than that I have seen no argments or handbag waving at all :)

I am glad you like them, they are beautifull aren't they! *proud mum*

Lovely pictures. They look very content.

 probably because just before this they had been free ranging in my garden and had themselves a lovely time pecking my plants! I did try and explain for them to only peck the cheap plants, but that went right over their heads ;)

have been reading info on the site, and about how the yellow legs change colour when they are maturing. My two never had yellow legs, the black rock has grey legs and the coral has very pale cream beige legs. Although their combs are getting bigger! Is this still all ok? They should be around 17 weeks old at the moment give or take a few days. Does that look about right to you? :)

aww thanks, :D they are finding their voices more and more, which is lovely to hear.

Sugar wont be this white when she realises what a dustbath is all about believe me... she's just obsessed with fluffing up the woodshavings and rolling in that!..

I am!..

I cant help looking at them and thinking they have grown so much in the last week and their combs have gone much more redder than they were.

They never did have yellow legs so I cant tell on that front

they are very loveable! and I am loathe to go to work because I might miss something :roll:

Especially Sugar dustpathing in the shavings/bottom on her run...
