Abbey Road Girl
Just to let you know, Poet, that an image of a chicken (ex-bat) flashed up on my screen next to an object that looked like a monster egg made out of granite! I hope the situation wasn't as dire as it seemed to be!

Guest
we were young and reckless, we were on holiday in Millom, they looked like dinosaur eggs, we thought it was a good idea at the time I have always wondered if they are radioactive

Abbey Road Girl
Your "effusive egg layer" is a proud if skinny lady indeed. Looooove her arched neck! More than a match for any radioactive substance!

That's Mariana. Ex batts necks are usually longer than normal chickens because they have had to stretch through the bars to reach their food. It's unusual for her to be stationary, she's normally trying to dig her way to Australia!
