Ain't Nobody Here
Another positive, factually accurate article (and less sugary than the Mail's ). Only error I spotted was the description of a crop as "ashen and blue" - presumably it was the comb . I also had to look up "carnaptious" (bad-tempered or quarrelsome). http://www.theherald.co.uk/features/features/display.var.2323166.0.Flying_the_farmyard_coop_for_a_fresh_taste_of_city_life.php

Guest
Thats a nice little article - shame the Eglu wasn't in the piccy though. Interesting that he doesn't mention getting more hens when he moves.
Seagazer
That was a nice article
Lesley
Well written but a shame there was no photo to go with it. More hens?........ who would do that?
Guest
I know - Mum is paying for ANOTHER cube but seems to think it's odd that I want more hens! 2 cubes and an Eglu for 8 hens? I don't think so!
MedusA
A very positive article, ANH. Thanks for sharing it with us. I like the idea of the city hens moving to an island life to "get back to nature".
Ain't Nobody Here
I was out with work last night at a 5th year leavers' do and the Outdoor Ed teacher (normally a very taciturn bloke) called me over to tell me he'd seen this article . (I think I have a reputation as mad chicken woman at work .)
