I placed an order today for a lovely lilac Eglu and it's arriving on July 10th. Hurrah! We're on holiday the next week, so I won't be picking up the hens until later, but it's still very exciting!

Lynsey, it was a close call between the lilac and the orange one. They're all so lovely, though. Doesn't make it easy to choose!

How did you manage to get a lilac eglu I can't see them in the omlet shop?

I believe lilac is the 'guest colour' or something like this... a colour for a limited time I believe. Very I have to say lilac comes a very close second for me to orange.. (dont tell my orange eglu that it'll think I am betraying it)

I called to order the lilac Eglu. I had a change of heart, though, and won't be getting the lilac (more of a delay than a change). So they may still have at least one in stock!
