How Quickly Does Albendazole Work?

Has anyone else found that the long days are taking their toll on their girls? Mine are sleeping in the run a lot at the moment sometimes even with their heads under their wings. By the time dusk comes they are struggling to keep their eyes open

Mine have a dust bath under the oak tree and then have a snooze snuggled up in the hole they have made.

its so sweet when they have a little snooze. I was watching the babies yesterday (3 silkies and a sussex, all about 12 weeks). they were lying in a row, all snuggled up nicely. the one on the end would wriggle, then the next one, then the next one, then the next one, and then it started again at the beginning ... kind of like a lying down chicken mexican wave!!

my big girls have a tendency to lie on their sides with their necks stretched out - at first I thought they'd died, and went running over, but its obviously the position for maximum sun/dust exposure!

Mine had such a busy day yesterday helping me in the garden that at 8.30 they put themselves to bed!

Do you know, I think you are right! Yesterday, I was worried about Alice, thinking she was lethargic. But I think she was just so tired. Yesterday afternoon, all the hens were under the cube having a snooze...so sweet. I also find that, in these long evenings, the hens become quite tetchy because they are tired. Annie and May in particular trying to peck Lucy's tail. Not in an aggressive way....just looks like they are waiting for the school bell to say home time!

Mine are obviously 'early to bed' girls too. My two goldline put themselves to bed at 8 pm last night! The two speckledys are a bit more reckless, they didnt go until 9.

 

Thought mine were a bit odd, but perhaps not.
