barnabydaisy Posted May 17, 2006 Share Posted May 17, 2006 funny you should ask this we have just had pesto for tea! i use a large bunch of basil, a couple of handfulls of pine nuts, a couple of handfulls of parmesan, 1 0r 2 cloves of garlic and olive oil in the blender .adjust to suit your taste, i like alot of parmesan in mine and less olive oil, its one of my favourites just on pasta yum!!!
