She's has spent hours over the past few months watching our girls and now she will have some of her own to spoil. Until about ten years or so she kept geese, hens, ducks, goats and donkeys. She has a huge field attached to her house so there's lots of room for free-ranging. She's so excited. Next job is to get her onto the forum. They are going to live at our house until after our holiday ... we are renting a cottage in Wales with my Dad and the in-laws (and our chicken sitters will relish three more feathery friends to cuddle)....and then they will take up residence at the in-laws.
