Golly took herself off in the Eglu about 8.30 this morning and reappeared an hour later. I had a peek in the nest box not expecting to find anything but poo and found this

Oh my she is a very clever girl! I am thinking my will be my first clever girl too. I got mine on the 11th and her comb is bigger and abit redder than your lovely lady. Is she a Omlet girl?

Yes she is an Omlet girl. I didn't think her comb was very big or red, so thought we would have quite a wait. Think I'll have to wait a while for the others though.

 

Hope you girl starts soon, then you can dance round the garden singing. My neighbours must think I've gone nuts
