They are based on whatever i get in my weekly veg and meat boxes. I used to do weigh"Ooops, word censored!"chers (which is where this all stemed from), so they are low fat options. all the recipes can be found on my recipe site www.the-billingtons.co.uk/meals.asp anyway I hope you enjoy Thursday (+3 pt) B: banana, soy yoghurt, apple juice L: pasta salad (left over tuna, sweetcorn and grated carrot) D: vegetable stir fry in oyster sauce, special fried rice Drinks: Peppermint tea, elderflower cordial with sparkling water Snacks: orange, apple, ice lolly, 3 litres water Friday B: cereal and skimmed milk, freshly squeezed OJ. L: tuna and chickpea burgers with fresh salad D: mushroom stroganoff with wild rice and spinach Drinks: peppermint tea, grapefruit juice, chocolate soy milk Snacks: banana, 3 litres water Saturday (+1 pt) B: soy yoghurt, banana, BBQ: homemade lamb donner kebabs, homemade burgers stuffed with lowfat cheese, lemon couscous salad, pasta salad, potato salad, vegetable kebabs, Spanish tortilla, gaspachio Drinks: Peppermint tea, Sunday B/L: Bacon, scrambled eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans, fried potato slices fried in olive fry lite D: left over pasta, couscous and potato salad with cold meats Drinks: earl grey tea Snacks: no count lemon cheese cake, and cherry fool (frozen elf cheese, lemon, cherrys, splenda)J Monday (+2 pt) B: scrambled eggs with chopped spring onion, pepper and courgette L: ham, olive and coleslaw salad, soy yoghurt, banana +2points D: vegetable korma, pillou rice, bombay potatoes Drinks: earl grey tea, Snacks: Banana, 3 litres water Tuesday B: fruit smoothie (banana, apple, soy yoghurt, ice) L: left over curry turned into coronation style curry, rice cakes and salad, soy yoghurt, banana D: tomato, red pepper, courgette and bacon pasta Snacks: orange, 3 litres water Wednesday (+2pt) B: lemon in hot water, aloe vera juice, banana, quinoa with raisins and cinnamon L: cold left over pasta, soy yoghurt, banana D: Chilli Beef Ramen (Rice noodles.
