rusky123 Posted August 15, 2008 Share Posted August 15, 2008 OK, my younger daughter is getting married in 4 weeks time,she has just bought a house and 2 weeks later has been made redundant. I was a dressmaker by trade, making all the frocks, 6 bridesmaids, 2 have not turned up for fittings, work long hours in my new restaurant, house is an absolute tip. 2 new runners hatched, 1 month old,they are FAB,6 ayleburys on way, eggs started to pip, all of them. Not surprised you feel stressed, I would with all those things to keep me busy and I would want to watch the ducklings too! What naughty bridesmaides, must be very annoying for you. Large glass of wine in order and by the sound of it a nice long relaxing bath. Your poor daughter being made redundant after just buying a house, I hope she is able to find a new job really quickly. rusky123 Posted August 15, 2008 Author Share Posted August 15, 2008 LOL, just had a huge glass of red. and gone down to watch ducklings, fantastic. 1 bridesmaid is very ill, gone to nothing these past few months, really worried abour her,she has lost about 5 stone now weighs about 4, looks like a skeleton and very very weak, being drip fed at night and very poorly, the other is just plain selfish. 6 Aylesbury eggs have started to pip, what a life eh!. Can you think of any good excuses for me not going to work tomorrow?. Oh gosh got to be up in about 5 hours. DD is not a bit phased by her redundacy, Manweb have pulled out all the stops for her. She is such an angel and has more friends than anyone else I know. Still stressed out. Thank you all for your kind thoughts, might stab DH with shears tonight! , make me feel better!!!
