We decided to try out Raquel's first eggs this morning and they were lovely. They only covered have a slice of toast each but delicious! After having a day off yesterday there was a lovely looking egg waiting for me this morning!

 

Just waiting for my other two to start laying now!

Yum! You wait till all three are laying, its fantastic. We eat so much egg now, nearly every day I say to the boys 'what would you like for lunch' and the reply more often than not is 'eggs!' good job they lay every day lol.

I think 3 weeks is about right - mine never last that long .

We have a queue of people waiting to sample some eggs from us but just incase we have a bit of a backlog...!!

 

I just know I'll end up backing endless cakes all of which I end up eating
