Sunshine
Its my sisters 12th Birthday in a few weeks time and she is still undecided what she wants to do, so was wondering if anyone has any ideas. She is quite a girly girl but is not afraid of getting mudy etc and 2 of he closest friends are the complete opposites and complete tomboys. So something that appeals to all would be best. Any ideas would be greatly appeciated, thank you in advance Emma
Janty
I took my son and a group of his friends to an adventure centre where they did quad-biking, archery, paintballing and an assault course. They all loved it...even the girl who turned up in a new pale pink track suit with nice white trainers. Can't say her Mum was that happy when she picked her up. We had little sympathy for her though...I made it quite clear on the invites that they should wear old clothes.
chocchick
Laser quest/quasar? Usual cinema trip?
clootie
Yes, laser quest is really good or are they into horses? "Own a pony" days at riding schools are good fun or even an hours riding lesson followed by a session in the swimming pool, pizza then home for a movie? Chili
How about karting, bowling or a pool party - all really
helenc
It was my daughters 12th birthday a couple of weeks ago. She had a party at the local water park where they did raftbuilding and sailing, they could also have done kayaking or windsurfing. The other choice for her was zipwire and climbing wall but she didn't think some of her friends would enjoy that as much. A month ago she went to a pottery painting party that she really enjoyed too. AnnieP
Hope she has a lovely time, whatever she decides to do... Parties were fairly low key when I was a whippersnapper. (all those years ago ). but I do remember one very special one, when I just took out my best friend to a really posh restaurant on our own. We felt so grown up!
