Katy
As you may know my Blackie has been unwell since last Sunday, she went to the vet on Tuesday who couldn't find anything specific wrong but prescribed antibiotics, the last dose of which she had yesterday. We were also told that there was an egg 'in transit'. So far there has been no sign of the egg and although she is much more like her normal naughty self this morning the OH is still in bits (I can't even begin to explain what he has been like this week - don't get me wrong I've been worried about her, but he has been unbearable!) and wants me to take her back to the vets. I've promised to call them in a bit but since then I've cleaned out the eglu and the newspaper in the poo tray is completely soaked and the tray itself still had liquid sloshing around in it. Could this be a very soft, softie laid first thing?
Egluntyne
It could well be....and sometimes they eat them so there isn't much evidence to be found. If she perks up, then it looks likely.
Laura&Sean
How does blackie seem now? I hope she is feeling much more like herself!
Katy
She is completely back to normal now, which is huge relief.
