Martin B
Come on Federer! He's my favourite, closely followed by Rafael Nadal! Who needs Murray, Henman or Rudeski?
Sheilaz
Yes, an amazing match today, I believe, although I only caught a few mins. Some really good tennis.
Hellcat
Come on Federer! He's my favourite, closely followed by Rafael Nadal! Who needs Murray, Henman or Rudeski? ...and you're the lad who wants everyone to support Eng-er-land! What about patriotism now, young man! Tsk, tsk, kids today, I don't know, fickle...wanders off muttering under breath like little old lady...
Guest
Come on Federer! He's my favourite, closely followed by Rafael Nadal! Tsk, tsk, kids today, I don't know, fickle...wanders off muttering under breath like little old lady... only one-in-three, Helen! Rusedski is Canadian, Murray is Scottish - it's only Henman who you could chant Engerland to out of those three... (did anyone hear Murray's first round match? I heard some of it on t'radio, and just as Murray was about to serve someone in the crowd shouted out "Come on England!" - he was not at all pleased!!!) Hellcat
True - but the Rusedski has British nationality and Murray is part of Britain. The point is you can't be nationalist for only one sport... its unpatriotic and inconsistent!
Guest
what's wrong with being unpatriotic and incosnsistent? you say that like it's a bad thing!! I'm inconsistent in nearly everything I do!! (and I'm pretty poor at the whole patriotism thing,...) Phil inconsistents of the world UNITE!!!! inconsistents of the world - go off and do your own thing....
