Guest
well, I think I did, I made it up as I went along anyway I made a cannellini bean, (tinned) tuna and French green bean salad yesterday with a honey and mustard dressing. It was a bit boring so with the leftover salad, I whizzed it up in my food processor with the end of a home made loaf and added some seasoning and a cple of generous teaspoons of hot papaya chutney and a beaten egg. Mixed it thoroughly and formed it into golf ball sized pieces, flatened them a bit and fried them in some chilli infused olive oil and ate them with some more of the papaya chutney on the side. Ian had his with ketchup. We both thought they were delish! Will definitely make them again. You could add some chillis or chilli powder to spice them up a bit and they'd be lovely as an appetiser with some sweet chilli dipping sauce!
