Jackiex edited to ask what is credit crunchie pudding
Jillus
Credit Crunchie Pudding is the simplest thing in the world, used to be called just Crunchie Pudding until this week! Whip up some double cream until just soft and then gently stir in crushed Crunchie bars and some crushed meringues. That's it, it is light and sweet and really good. Not very sophisticated I know but everyone loves it and after all the hassle of the other courses just the ticket. The pickled fruits are in fact easier, just put the raspberries and blackberries into a dish, drench with Cassis and leave for at least six hours. Serve in glasses with the fruits in the bottom and the cream piled on top, decorate with saved berries. I cheated on the profiteroles I can make them but this time turned to a well known retailer to help out, everything else made by my own fair hand though. Thanks again for the starter recipe, definitely one I will be doing again.
