wombatally
Hi Everyone, Having just read another post about fox attacks I'm getting very nervous. We don't have an eglu, we have a wooden coop and runs for our 6 hybrid girls and I have just made a house for the banties and babies. The hybrids house has 2 runs but if something wanted to dig under it could. Also I am just making a permanent run for the banties et al in a similar style. I've heard about the no dig skirts. Do yo think if I laid mesh on the floor of the runs that overlapped the coops by about a foot it would make them secure? I'm especially worried as it's dark when we get home and we live in the countryside where foxes have been spotted! Thanks!
Willow
Another option is to put paving slabs down around the run
