quinlan
After a couple of sleepless nights nursing my sick 18 month old son and days with a bored 3 year old stuck at home I wnet out with a heavy heart to clean out my messy girls only to be stopped in my tracks by a beautiful little egg by the gate!!! A sight for sore and sleep eyes indeed!!! (and a happier older boy now who can have scrambled egg for his t!!) It is a tiny bit craced on the bottom but am assuming it will be ok as it's so fresh??? If not please can someone tell me before I poison my healthy child!!! Yay... am really chuffed! Nat

blackgold
I was told on a course this weekend that eggs must be 24 hours old before you eat them. cant remember why but i am sure some of the experts on here will say. Lucky you with your egg, nearly seven weeks and nothing......

Bantambabe
Congrats! We had our first egg today - only a tiddler as bantams have little bums . We're having a vote this evening as to how it gets cooked. So eggciting. Debs
