Blackrocksrock
After waiting ages for my m & s delivery after their 20% off day I saw my delivery was in Inverness - about 50 miles away this morning so I expected it this afternoon sometime - was at home at lunchtime and watched the delivery van go past my house up the road then down the road - it turned on to the main road right and then I watched it come back up the main road the other way at 1.30 - grrr - went on their website and horror - cannot find location - delivery abandoned - no number to phone - had to phone M & S - held on for about 15 minutes before being answered. They have to contact them and it will have to come out for redelivery - really they did not try as all the drivers go next door to the vets to find out the addresses as we are in the country and my post code does come up on sat nav. Lazy cold driver I think.
Ain't Nobody Here
How annoying . Last week I got home to find the postie had just put a card through my door (I'd been out 20 minutes max ). I'd seen the van disappearing round the corner so jumped back in the car and followed him - managed to catch him and got my parcel . Hope you get yours without another day waiting in . Guest
what a nuisance, might be easier in future to put some notes in the 'special instructions' box when you 'check out', just in case.
Lesley
Very annoying! we have the same problem with our address. Cotton Traders use Parcelnet and twice recently they have fliung my parcel into the recycling bin by the gate instead of bringing it 200 yds up to the house CT have had to replace over £100 worth of goods but won't offer me an alternative courier - their loss as i won't order from them anymore I put Carl's mobile number into the instructions box if there is one - the 'supposedly portable' house phone doesn't work any further than half way to the chickens( ). He's always having to sit in the office 30 miles away, giving instructions to drivers!

Bassett
I ALWAYS have a problem with anything I order online from M&S. I think they have the worst delivery service ever!!!! It's always slow arriving and comes in lots of separate deliveries. I'm still waiting for some of the items I ordered from them 3 weeks ago and have had several emails telling me conflicting information about when the delivery will arrive. I really must give up using them.
