BeckyBoo Posted December 5, 2008 Share Posted December 5, 2008 or if you have a Tesco near you you could always go and buy a job lot of value mint sauce - it's something ridiculous like 9p and you can empty the stuff into another container and use the jar! To be honest if you're only making enough to eat then as long as you seal it with a waxed disc or failing that some baking paper it will keep in the fridge for 3-4 weeks or so without a jar seal so you could decant it into any sterlised container Mrs B Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
