aaronmusgrove123 Posted December 30, 2008 Share Posted December 30, 2008 as most of you know ive gave my silkie cockeral away to a little petting zoo in jesmond well i went yesturday too check on him and brought som corn to give him as well when i got there he was in the midddle of incloser near the pond so sounded to him heelo and hhe came running across and was letting me stroke his little head after about 10 mins we went for a walk along the river with the dogs we then went back to the chicken encloser and i saw him asleep with all his friends and no they wernt hens they where all cockerals yeh u heard me right there is only about 3 hens there and about 6 cockerels and loads of geese and ducks well he was asleep on one leg while the rosecmb cockerel was pruning him and watching his back sort of thing then at the other side of him was 3 old english game cockerels and an hybrid cockerel then the 2 hens where on the floor asleep but im soo happy that he is getting on with them all i didnt think cockerels could stand eack other especially old english game sorry its alongpost Aaron Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
