Mrs Frugal Posted August 21, 2006 Share Posted August 21, 2006 Blackberry and Apple Fool 1lb blackberries 1lb cooking apples 2 tbsp honey 1/4 pint whipping or double cream Wash blackberries and put in a saucepan. Wash, peel and slice apples and add to blackberries and simmer until soft. Sieve fruit and sweeten to taste with honey.
