Posted January 25, 2009 Share Posted January 25, 2009 My daughter and I went over to see bellkatz today and picked up four of her hens We got so lost following multimap instructions and arrived just before lunch instead of late morning so huge apologies It was lovely to meet you and your family, thank you for the warm welcome and cup of tea The chooks seem to like there new home, and were pecking around on the grass before putting themselves into the eglu Getting home was a piece of cake Thank you again. Glad they are settling in - we moved the others into their new "des res" after but had to show them where the eglu was at bedtime - forgot they had only ever lived in a cube Oh, and we are pleased that Alfie is still here.
