Guinlu Run size queries.......

Recommended Posts

Hi all!

I phoned Omlet today and completly forgot to ask this question.....

Is the Guinlu run just the first half of the chicken run with a smaller door on?

If yes can I by the door/end piece seperately and how much?

We want to use to introduce chicks (16w) to current ladies, one of whom is a little

I am going to have to go outside and measure the chicken run aren`t I............. I hope it doesn`t rain/snow/sleet tomorrow!

Thanks ANH, I have found that pic in the chicken version but didn`t even think to look at the guinlu bit.

Call to Omlet after measuring!

Thanks but my query is can i convert the 1st section (eglu end) of a 2m chicken run into a 1m guinlu run?

I assume it is just the end door section that is different?

I get you now! :D:oops: The door would be too big to fit the 1m section of the run, as it tapers, so is narrower down that end.

I enquired about doing this in reverse (1m to 2m) and could buy the separate pieces, so imagine you would be able to just buy the smaller door - could you not just keep thelonger run on or is space an issue?

It is space issue! I spoke to Omlet today the the door panel for the guinlu run is £19 plus delivery but I have new grubs coming next week so have added to that order at no extra delivery! :D

I know it is £20 spent but I figure I can use is as broody/hospital wing if needed in the future.

Thanks for your help :D
