AJuff Posted February 20, 2009 Share Posted February 20, 2009 I was staying at my mother in laws house this week and was rifling through her very old Mrs Beeton's book. In it it says you can dry preserve eggs by smearing them with vaseline! It doesn't say where or how long you can keep them though. Anyone tried this?
