sunshinesupernova
Three of them - collected them yesterday.... They are currently residing in a 6ft rabbit hutch in the shed until the Cube arrives on Wednesday. I wanted to collect them in advance - so that when the Cube is ready, I can collect the local ones and introduce them all to their new home at the same time. There is a white hybrid that I'm told will lay , a white sussex and another hybrid believed to be maran cross. They seem relatively well adjusted and not kicking up too much fuss about being touched. Saying that, I think I'm more nervous of touching them than they are of me ! From when I put them in the hutch - they were into the pellets in 10 seconds flat. They appear to have had a good night and I visited them several times today and made sure to stroke them each time. Took them a couple of slices of apple about 4pm and although they didnt want if from my hand, they all soon dived on it in their bowl. First hurdle no doubt over as they're eating ok New camera arriving same day as the cube - so you'll need to wait for pictures.....
