What makes a chicken coop easy to live with?

just wondering if any of you northerners had walk in runs and knew of any people who build them, im trying to help my mum make some enquiries and wondered if there were any hidden gems?

I have a walk in run, we are between Crewe and Nantwich, from Flyte so Fancy, they delivered it and OH put it together with some help from ES and me

 

The wood is pressure treated and the mesh is weld mesh, and it's great

Delivered in sections and put up by a friend.
