I was actually wondering how high fences would need to be before they would be prevented from escaping. It seems the white star, sussex and ambers are the worst offenders. I dunno why they don't, but I think the picture is deceiving and there's quite a bit of clearance around the Eglu. We clipped one of each of their wings when we first got them all last August and apart from the odd unsuccessful (and subsequently painful shock) jump at the netting they don't seem to bother trying to escape Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
