Tiggy Posted March 12, 2009 Share Posted March 12, 2009 leek & potatoe soup is good and you can add parsnips. soften 1-2 gloves of garlic in olive oil or butter, add stock/water add chopped leeks diced potatoe, simmer until soft, add salt & pepper to taste - blend and add a little cream if you wish add diced parsnips with the potatoes Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
