And was reminded of the last census about everyone signing up as a Jedi. Are there any other jedi on here - real, or just on the census?!

hmmmm I'm very concerned that the streets are being policed by nutters. Is it any wonder there is so much crime?

 

I wonder if she only does this on criminals - she probably follows proper police procedure for any major crimes, like speeding.

I registered as a Jedi on the last census. The premises are no more far-fetched than those of any other religion after all!

I actually think registering as a Jedi on the census could eventually lead to problems. I certainly wouldn't be happy if half the kids in school were listed as Jedi's - which I guess they could demand after the census thing. Next they will be allowed to do whatever they want as it will be "part of the religion"

This morning I had a stupid girl tell me her bracelet was a "religous one". When questioned she said she was a Buddhist - luckily the system has her down as a Christian and I recognised the bracelet as a (copy) Links one which is rising in popularity at present (NOT the same links one that every Essex girl has!!)

The Bible gospels were put to paper 50-100 years after the events. That's a fair amount of time for some Chinese whispers to muddle things up a little! We know the jedi force is real because we saw it for ourselves in 1978.

As I said well documented, written down and easy to check.

 

Not some daft fiim that many of us found boring and long winded - frankly I'm not sure if I didn't switch off before the end. Certainly have never seen any sequels, prequels or other money spinners.

 

Its the same load of tosh as the religion my year 11 class founded a few years ago to wind up another teacher. There should have been prosecutions for putting such utter garbage on the census.

 

I feel very sorry for the historians of the future whose research will be confused by all this tosh. Goodness knows what will happen next time.

I think it shows a sense of humour about the absurdity of organised religion and the ability to lighten up. The government can make me fill out their wretched form but they can't stop me throwing a harmless spanner in the works.

Anyway I always use The Force when I go through automatic doors- how else do you make them open?
