Collected in today's layings and have just entered the end of month data into the running tally spread sheet. If you like your eggs fried, again the fresh egg will stay where you put it and not run all over the frying pan. Leave your oldest eggs for sandwiches as older eggs are easier to peel than fresh ones. Tips for a great looking yolk.....ask your neighbours to give you all their dandelions In the absence of any marigolds at the moment the dandelions give the yolks a great colour and our chooks just can't get enough of the leaves, gobbled down in the wink of an eye.
