The agents have just emailed to say the Rayburn is not in working order and the estate is going to remove it and put a storage heater in its place. I've asked as there is no oven of any shape or form now if the estate will provide a cooker.

 

No rayburn is quite a blow as it means we will have to use storage heaters and immersion.

I thought that to Egluntine. I also imagine taking it out and replacing with a storage heater would be a fair deal of work and costly to

 

The agents have also said that its the estates policy not to provide cookers.
