4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

As our landlord is selling up and has now decided we have to be out when our 6 months is up in June, we have been busily trying to find somewhere.

 

I found somewhere on Rightmove and we went to view on Saturday. The kitchen is a fantastic size and has a rayburn The sitting room is smaller than we are used to but still a decent size. Most importantly the garden is great for chickens and we are ok to have them there. Although the postcode is Leicestershire its still in Northants so we shouldn't have the problems we had with LEA when we moved here, as it should be the same one.

 

It's also near another forumite

 

I phoned this morning and the chap is putting forms in the post this afternoon. Can i have some omlet vibes that it all goes through ok please.
