How long does it take to do a full clean including poultry shielding everywhere. Also, do you have to take it all apart to do a full one. Thanks from Anne, who is worn out cleaning my coop and not helped by the fact the half of the girls have been helping me and now decided they want to lay so I still haven't finished arrggh

I reckon an hour max, including cleaning out the run thoroughly.

I normally do the clean out in the afternoon when the girls have finished laying

I don't take the cube apart either, just take the back off.

I notice you are in Lancashire - would you like to come & see my cube & have a cleaning out demo?

Oh, where do you live Jules. I'm on the Fylde Coast.

My girls all used to lay in the morning but they're now spreading it out all day :? . I'm sure it's to wind me up

How long it takes depends on whether I do a 'bucket wash' or use the jet washer. I usually wash down with a solution of Poultry Shield and give it a good scrub - I have a horse tack cleaning brush that is just the best for that and really gets it clean.

Edited to add picture of my brush

I have the purple one to match the cube, but they come in all colourways.
