I normally do the clean out in the afternoon when the girls have finished laying I don't take the cube apart either, just take the back off. The Dogmother Posted May 12, 2009 Share Posted May 12, 2009 How long it takes depends on whether I do a 'bucket wash' or use the jet washer. I usually wash down with a solution of Poultry Shield and give it a good scrub - I have a horse tack cleaning brush that is just the best for that and really gets it clean.
