4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

As the title says really. My shoulder has become increasingly painful today, right in the joint at the front.

The only thing that has happened today was that I reached behind my head and it made a loud "CRACK" sound

Any suggestions as to what it might be?

I dont think so It looks normal (well, normal for me )

Still have full movement of arm/hand just sore shoulder

I'd rest it and take a couple of Ibuprofen.

Ow. You may have dislocated it when it cracked and went straight back but would leave it sore. Egluntine is right about Ibuprofen it will help any inflamation and pain. Keep moving it to keep your range of movement. Hope it settles.

Does your neck hurt as well?

 

I remember the same thing happened to me acouple of weeks ago but all that I did was wake up and my neck and shoulder hurt so much I couldn't sit up

It hurt to move my arm and I couldn't turn my head right.... I was living of Deep Heat and the infra red heat lamp as well as Paracetamol

The most common cause is an injured rotator cuff ligament. Hopefully you've just strained it and as previously said just rest it and take ibruprofen. If after a couple of weeks it doesn't ease don't hesitate to go to your gp. If you've caused a tear in any one of your ligaments in the shoulder it will need medical attention.

Am taking Ibuprofin and the gel, and it's not helping much And the next Drs appt is next monday

Doctor will probably say to carry on the same anyway . They do take a long time to settle.

You can take paracetamol at the same time.
