I got a fantastic large craft book with all ideas and the patterns are still in there unused! all for the grand price of 10p... well I ummm'd and ahhh'd but I thought what the heck treat myself.

That sounds lovely!! Even really old books have great ideas and tips so for 10p it's bound to be useful.

 

Not very exciting plates, unfortunately CM but one of them is a nice oval platter and has lovely lilacs on which I'm chuffed to bits with for 50p .

looking through this book I can make my own lampshades, patchwork, sheets, duvet covers, lined curtinas, cusion pads and covers I would never see daylight if I did all this!

I thought I did all right with this book for the princely sum of £2.83 yesterday, whilst ordering some Skulduggery Pleasant books as small boy presents, previously loved too, so hopefully in pretty good nick......the book was actually 8p !!!
