do omlet normally ring to give you a delivery time slot? my is due to be delivered on 28th May and i haven't heard anything. i've just gone into my omlet account and the money was taken out of my bank today and the delivery on the first page says today's date but when i view the order it still says the 28th. i'm a bit confused but very excited never thought i'd be pleased to see a large sum of money being taken out of my account

Yes, they do ring you up with a delivery slot but not until the day before they deliver. Our delivery was on a Monday and they called on the Friday and left a message. I guess if you're not having them delivered until Thursday it means they'll call you on Wednesday.

Our delivery was a due on a Saturday, they took the money on the friday and also called us on the Friday with the delivery slot On the day they are usually very good and arrive when quoted.

well i haven't had a phone call so maybe i will have to wait til 28th, i just got excited when i saw todays date it's only a being delivered, no chooks so maybe they won't arrange a time slot, she did say they could leave it in the garden if no one's home.

Are you getting Omlet around or are you out of the catchment area and getting a courier?

 

Reason I ask is that we had our through the courier and had problems with the delivery. In the end we got it on the day we were supposed to, but needed to fight with the delivery firm to get it.

i'm assuming omlet are delivering, i'm in the catchment for chooks just wanted to source my own. they didn't say who would be delivering, just asked if it could be left in the garden if i wasn't in.

Although omlet are supposed to ring us I kept ringing them! They didnt take the money right up until delivery time.

Our Eglu and chooks are due to arrive on Tuesday, Omlet called me this morning to schedule delivery (between 8.30-11.30am ) and take payment.

ooo how exciting for you i've checked my account on here and they took payment today, i think because it's just the eglu and no chooks they'll just turn up. i'm just getting nervy incase it doesn't come on the 28th cos i'm picking up my girls on 29th.
